Austin and his team did a great job on our bedroom and bathroom addition in Lakewood Ranch. Our project manager CJ was great and kept the project moving along on schedule. Very high quality work and attention to detail. We highly recommend them!

Team Builders SRQ performed a remodel for us. We are very pleased. They took our concepts & made them even better. Alex was our project manager & did an exceptional job. There were some challenges along the way but Team Builders tackled them. They were responsive & provided excellent communication throughout the remodel. The best recommendation that we could give is that we would hire them again.

We were/are super happy working with Austin and his entire team of craftsmen during the gutting and complete redo of our condo. It was clear from the beginning that they cared about our project and brought even better ideas than our original design. They prepared, prepped, and respected ours and all of our neighbors' property during the project. His craftsmen are responsible, do outstanding work, and really made sure they did everything to make us happy. Team Builders also worked well with all of the subs and designers. The planning and organization was advanced and professional to ensure an on time completion. Bottom line, Team Builders' strong commitment to the project timeline, budget, quality and service are particularly beneficial for building trust and credibility with clients. We will use Team Builders again and highly recommend their services to others.

We used Austin and TeamBuildersSRQ for an interior remodel. He and his crew gave quality work, were efficient, pleasant, gave reasonable timelines and lived up to all of them. We, unfortunately, had to live there during the remodel but they were respectful of our space and cleaned up after working everyday. We would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Austin! You have made us very happy!

TEAM Builders just completed our custom home in Lakewood Ranch and they did an AMAZING job. Austin's communication was over the top and his crews did an amazing job as well. They cleaned up every day and made us feel very comfortable with their process. From designing to building they had great processes and systems that kept us in communication. They were also very transparent with us about any changes along the way and had our best interest. Would 10/10 recommend TEAM Builders SRQ if you are looking for a new custom home build, or a new renovation or home addition because they also do those! Great company and great people - a pleasure to work with!

I’m working with Mike right now to start the remodel of my home. The process has been far away more professional than any company I’ve worked with so far. I definitely have a sense of comfort moving forward. Can’t wait to see the results and we’ll definitely be posting photos here!

After hurricane Helene flooded our home on Lido Key with 18 inches of water, I hired Team Builders, SRQ as the general contractor to handle the renovation. Austin, the owner, helped us outline the scope of work needed, prepare a budget of expected expenses, and gave us a realistic time-line for the work. The renovation, recently finished, stayed in the parameters of the prepared budget and the time-line that they presented to us. Furthermore, we were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship of all the trades people and subcontractors. Team Builders provided transparency throughout the process. Jesse, our job supervisor, was on top of logistics and necessary communications. We highly recommend you consider Team Builders as a general contractor for any building project tou are planning.

From the moment I met Austin I knew my project was going to be great. We designed an outdoor oasis, 2 car garage with a half bath and covered Linai. Each member of his team did a fabulous job and always took pride in their work. Jesse was my project manager and he did a fantastic job!
